RHAM High School (Regional Hebron, Andover, and Marlborough)[2] is a regional, public high school located in Hebron, Connecticut, United States. Students from the Region 8 public school area of Connecticut, which includes Marlborough and Andover, attend the school. There are 96 teachers, for a 1:12 teacher to student ratio.[3]

RHAM is always spelled in capital letters. The initials represent “Regional Hebron, Andover, and Marlborough,” the three towns that comprise the State of Connecticut’s Regional School District No. 8. The Region 8 School District was formed and ground broken for the first school building in 1956. Classes started on September 6, 1957.
In 1970, an addition was completed which provided the technology education wing, the art area, a new library, and an auxiliary gymnasium and locker room facility. In 1984, a second renovation of the high school facility began and was subsequently completed in the fall of 1985.
In July 2000 ground was broken for the current High School, which was opened in March 2003. This new school includes many different facilities. There is a clay outdoor track field, three multipurpose fields, tennis courts, two baseball fields, and a softball field. The hockey team skates out of Champions Skating Center in Cromwell, CT.
The school colors are blue and gold, and the athletic teams are known as the Sachems, the name of Native American Indian Chiefs of the Algonquin tribe.
RHAM High is known for their many successful sports teams including: Soccer, who girls' team won the 2009 Central Connecticut Conference title and made it to the CT semi-finals in their 2009 season and the boys' were in the semi-finals in 2008. Cross Country has won every conference title for 18 years straight in three different divisions and won the 2007 Class MM state championship title. Coach Mark Logan has had much success with these girls and was recently inducted to the Connecticut Coach's Hall of Fame. Volleyball, won the 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010 state championships behind coach Tim Guernsay. Baseball won the Class L State Championship in 2004 behind A.J. Pollock, who was drafted by the Arizona Diamondbacks in the 2009 MLB draft. In 2006, RHAM added an ice hockey team as a varsity sport which saw some success in the 2008-2009 year, making it to the quarterfinals in the playoffs before losing to the eventual champions St. Joseph High School out of Trumbull. RHAM also added Lacrosse as a varsity sport as of the 2010 season. These are just a few of the many successful sports teams at RHAM High School. RHAM recently added a girl's lacrosse program, however it currently remains a club sport.
